10. Use of Tella Points
10.1 Definition of Tella Points
Tella Points are virtual credits used exclusively within the TellaPro platform to access services offered by professionals. Tella Points have no real-world monetary value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of value outside the TellaPro platform.
10.2 Purchase and Funding
Users may purchase Tella Points through approved payment methods on TellaPro. All purchases of Tella Points are final. By purchasing Tella Points, you agree that you are buying a limited, non-transferable license to use the Tella Points within TellaPro according to these Terms.
10.3 Use of Tella Points
Tella Points can only be used to pay for services provided by professionals on TellaPro. Users may not sell, trade, transfer, or exchange Tella Points for cash, products, or services outside of TellaPro.
10.4 Expiration and Forfeiture
Tella Points may be subject to expiration policies, as outlined on the TellaPro platform. In cases of account suspension, termination, or inactivity, any unused Tella Points may be forfeited without compensation.

All peer-to-peer transactions on the platform are voluntary and governed by our Terms of Service.
